feel when it looks decieving

Everyone can say sorry, asking for forgiveness.. But who knows what the motives behind, or either they will do the same mistakes in the future. I just can’t understand with people who say sorry for formality, to release their bad feeling and forget what they should do to that person wich is hurted. Only heart that can see sensirity in each sorry words. I can see with my heart which words are lie, and which words are true. Predict the motive and future. If the words are not true, and possibility act just worsen .. forgiveness never can be a
solution.
